SHIPPING & HANDLING: Our handcraft business is small. We cannot provide shipping prices and services comparable to Amazon, but we do our best to ship in a timely manner, calculate shipping and refund excess shipping, minus the cost of supplies. We pass on all commercial shipping rates. Our shipping fees are not structured to provide a profit but simply to break even.

We currently utilize flat rate boxes through USPS when possible. Packages values over $100 require more insurance and a signature confirmation, which adds an additional fee. You may wave this fee and we will refund it to you if you wish, but in that case you accept full responsibility if your package experiences an unfortunate event. Your purchase will be neither refunded nor replaced

USPS has a useful tracking system, so it is easy to follow the location of a package. Unfortunately, there are times when a package is stolen or misdelivered. BE REALISTIC ABOUT YOUR AREA. We cannot file a claim with the USPS if there is tracking evidence that your package was delivered, so we will not refund or replace. If you have concerns, contact us and we will send your order with a signature required. Appropriate charge applies. Understand that we are a hobby business and do not have the resources to be responsible for missing packages. We are happy to do what we can to assist you in a dispute with the USPS. Once orders have been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment.

MULTIPLE ORDERS: If you place different orders that deliver to the same address, inform us and we will try to consolidate these as best we can to minimize shipping. In addition, if you order a gift set and want the contents to be sent without its own package to fit better in a box combined with other products, please note this on your order. If you place an order of an in-stock item and a pre-order at the same time, we will ship the in-stock items at the time of order, and the pre-ordered items later when ready, unless otherwise instructed. Cost of the second shipment will be applied separately.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: Due to the fact that our products are personal, we cannot resell them once they are out of our supervision. Therefore, returns and refunds will not be issued. Though we try to describe fragrance and essential oils based on manufacture’s description, everyone perceives scent as well as color differently. Preference is very personal and refunds or returns will not be accepted on this account.

ALLERGY AND WARNINGS: Our soaps are made in the same lab as our other products, so we cannot guarantee that passive exposure to other ingredients has not occurred. If you have a specific concern, contact us and we will investigate if that ingredient is in any product we make. It is the responsibility of the consumer to use all products as instructed, and to test on an inconspicuous area for allergic reaction. If any reaction occurs, discontinue use and contact physician at your discretion. We use essential oils for scent only, but make sure you are aware of the effect essential oils have in view of your medical conditions or pregnancy.

Bath bombs are made with oils, which may make the tub slippery. While we use polysorbate 80 to emulsify the oils with with water (this also helps to prevent the colorant from forming a ring around the tub), you should take every precaution to prevent slips and falls. Keep out of reach of children, not for internal use or use on broken skin. Each batch of bath bombs is tested for performance, and the tested bombs float and fizz. Since it is impossible to test all products, we cannot guarantee that all will float.

PRODUCTS: We try to implement consistency in our manufacture. Soaps, however, continue to evaporate water over time. This is not detrimental, but makes for a harder, longer lasting bar. Since our products are handcrafted and hand cut or measured, there will be some variance. The product will weigh at least the amount on the label. Any extra weight will be complimentary. We use quality ingredients in our products. Inspect the ingredient list so that you understand your product. Unfragranced soaps have their own natural bouquet, even though no fragrance or essential oils are added. Our soap is formulated for skin luxury and silky lather; however, performance may vary with different skin types, water hardness and environmental conditions. Each bar also contains humectants. These are ingredients that attract moisture, which is nourishing for the skin. This may sometimes result in a slick “dew” on the soap, especially in moist environs. This is normal and will rinse off with use.

We use fragrance as well as essential oils in our products, and follow International Fragrance Association guidelines for use. That said, the boldness of a scent will vary depending on many factors, so some soaps will have a stronger scent than others after cure. Our soaps are colored with micas, oxides, pigments, natural titanium dioxide and other natural clays and colorants. Some colorants will “bleed” into the adjacent soap. This is normal and will not affect the performance of the soap. Some fragrances will darken or yellow the soap over time and this is normal as well. We only use biodegradable glitter for our soap.

Our bath bombs and salts are colored with batch certified FD&C dyes and micas. Our lip balms and crémes are not colored, though they are fragranced.
